Shipping policy
Standard Delivery (UK Orders)
Most items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery charges vary based on the number of items ordered, and to see the total delivery cost please put the items in your basket and the website will calculate the cost. Orders over £50 will qualify for free standard delivery. We pride ourselves on our speedy service, and aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after payment is received. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order in this time, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
Express Delivery (UK Orders)
We also offer an express service using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (or occasionally Fedex), and to see the total delivery cost please put the items in your basket and the website will calculate the cost. We will aim to dispatch your order on the next working day after the order is placed, and your parcel will usually be delivered within 1-2 days. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order in this time, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
International
We don’t currently offer shipping outside of the UK as standard, however if you’re based outside the UK and would like to place an order for our products, please email us at sales@butlersgrove.co.uk and we will discuss the shipping costs based on your location.
